Information we collect

We collect very little. Specifically:

• Email address & message contents — when you click any of the “Sign Up for Launch Updates” or “Email Us” buttons, your email client opens with a message addressed to krissi@streuselcrust.com. If you choose to send it, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
• Survey responses — our menu survey is hosted by Google Forms. Anything you submit there is collected by Google and shared with us. See Google's privacy policy for how Google handles your submission.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site at this time. If we add them later, this policy will be updated before they go live.

How we use your information

We use the information you share with us only to:

• Send you launch announcements and market / event updates you signed up for.
• Respond to your questions, custom-order inquiries, or feedback.
• Plan our menu based on survey responses (in aggregate).

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We do not use your information to build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

We keep your email on our list until you ask us to remove it. To unsubscribe or have your information deleted, just reply to any email from us or write to krissi@streuselcrust.com. We'll handle it promptly.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at krissi@streuselcrust.com.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party services

Our menu survey is hosted on Google Forms. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These providers may collect basic technical information (such as IP addresses and request logs) for security and operational purposes. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we hold, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Please do not send sensitive information (such as payment details) by email.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
